The Rim Country Museum is where the history of Gila County is researched and preserved. The Historical Society of Gila County County, established by the Gila County county government in 1955, is in charge of the Rim Country Museum operations.

The Rim Country Museum is located in Payson on 700 South Green Valley Parkway, Payson, Arizona, 85541. Rim Country Museum operates between Monday and Friday from 10 am to 4 pm. Rim Country Museum is also open on Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm. However, Rim Country Museum is closed during public holidays.
