The Mesa Main Library’s Mission

The Mesa Main Library aims to develop a civilized Maricopa County County community. This community is centered on saving and sharing knowledge in Maricopa County County.

The Mesa Main Library has an interesting fact. Mesa Main Library arose to provide the people of Maricopa County county with a more civilized diversion. It happened after someone hung on a post in 1889.

When the Mesa library was first founded, its employees were Mesa community volunteers. But in 1894 the first paid librarian started working in Mesa Main Library.

In 2020, a new reading room opened. Mesa Main Library features at least four Mesa artists and handles all its sales every year.
