Visitation

The Paragon Power offers its services through physical engagement, video, or phone voice calls.

The Paragon Power operates Monday to Thursday from eight to four-thirty o’clock; however, Paragon Power runs from eight to four o’clock on Friday.

Also, a call to Paragon Power is available throughout if you urgently need help after working hours. You can reach the call center at 602-454-0714.

You will need to produce at least one of the following documents for your first visit to Paragon Power:

  • Deployment orders
  • Discharge documents
  • Proof of awards
  • Or any other documents showing military service

If you are unsure if you qualify to visit the Paragon Power, call them for further clarification. If Paragon Power cannot help, they will give you a referral.

You will produce contact and general information about yourself during the initial contact at Paragon Power. A Paragon Power counselor will take you through an evaluation to determine the safety of yourself and those around you. Then you will be given an appointment. Your counselor will schedule subsequent appointments at Paragon Power.

Confidentiality Policy

The Paragon Power upholds a full confidentiality policy. However, in the case of a life and death situation, the Paragon Power may share your details with other authorities.
