The Martha Cooper Library’s Mission

When the Tucson library was first founded, its employees were Tucson community volunteers. But in 1892 the first paid librarian started working in Martha Cooper Library.
In 2018, a new reading room opened. Martha Cooper Library features at least four Tucson artists and handles all its sales every year.
