How to Apply for Unemployment Insurance
Kino One-Stop claims that you qualify for UI benefits if you lose your job through no fault of yours.

- Kino One-Stop’s mail by downloading and filling in the UB-105 Form
- Online application to the Kino One-Stop from noon on Sunday through to 6:00 pm on Friday.

- Employment history
- Name and contact information of the immediate former employer(s) in the last 1.5 years.

- Start date of any pension
- Name and contact information of your Pima County Count union hall, if applicable
- The monthly benefit amount of any pension
- SF 8 or SF 50 for former Federal Civilian service in the last 1.5 years
Upon a successful application to the Kino One-Stop, you will receive the following documents:

The Kino One-Stop makes payments through direct deposits or an Electronic Payment Card.
To maintain the benefits, you must file a claim weekly to Kino One-Stop.
