Visitation
The Allwest Energy offers its services through physical engagement, video, or phone voice calls.
The Allwest Energy operates Monday to Thursday from eight to four-thirty o’clock; however, Allwest Energy runs from eight to four o’clock on Friday.

You will need to produce at least one of the following documents for your first visit to Allwest Energy:

- Discharge documents
- Proof of awards

If you are unsure if you qualify to visit the Allwest Energy, call them for further clarification. If Allwest Energy cannot help, they will give you a referral.
You will produce contact and general information about yourself during the initial contact at Allwest Energy. A Allwest Energy counselor will take you through an evaluation to determine the safety of yourself and those around you. Then you will be given an appointment. Your counselor will schedule subsequent appointments at Allwest Energy.
Confidentiality Policy
The Allwest Energy upholds a full confidentiality policy. However, in the case of a life and death situation, the Allwest Energy may share your details with other authorities.
