Visitation

The Tucson Water offers its services through physical engagement, video, or phone voice calls.

The Tucson Water operates Monday to Thursday from eight to four-thirty o’clock; however, Tucson Water runs from eight to four o’clock on Friday.

You will need to produce at least one of the following documents for your first visit to Tucson Water:

  • Deployment orders
  • Discharge documents
  • Proof of awards
  • Or any other documents showing military service

If you are unsure if you qualify to visit the Tucson Water, call them for further clarification. If Tucson Water cannot help, they will give you a referral.

You will produce contact and general information about yourself during the initial contact at Tucson Water. A Tucson Water counselor will take you through an evaluation to determine the safety of yourself and those around you. Then you will be given an appointment. Your counselor will schedule subsequent appointments at Tucson Water.

Confidentiality Policy

The Tucson Water upholds a full confidentiality policy. However, in the case of a life and death situation, the Tucson Water may share your details with other authorities.
