Visitation
The UNS Energy offers its services through physical engagement, video, or phone voice calls.
The UNS Energy operates Monday to Thursday from eight to four-thirty o’clock; however, UNS Energy runs from eight to four o’clock on Friday.
Also, a call to UNS Energy is available throughout if you urgently need help after working hours. You can reach the call center at 520-571-4000.
You will need to produce at least one of the following documents for your first visit to UNS Energy:
- Deployment orders
- Discharge documents
- Proof of awards
- Or any other documents showing military service
If you are unsure if you qualify to visit the UNS Energy, call them for further clarification. If UNS Energy cannot help, they will give you a referral.
You will produce contact and general information about yourself during the initial contact at UNS Energy. A UNS Energy counselor will take you through an evaluation to determine the safety of yourself and those around you. Then you will be given an appointment. Your counselor will schedule subsequent appointments at UNS Energy.
Confidentiality Policy
The UNS Energy upholds a full confidentiality policy. However, in the case of a life and death situation, the UNS Energy may share your details with other authorities.
