The Sharlot Hall Museum is where the history of Yavapai County is researched and preserved. The Historical Society of Yavapai County County, established by the Yavapai County county government in 1956, is in charge of the Sharlot Hall Museum operations.

Sharlot Hall Museum is also open on Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm. However, Sharlot Hall Museum is closed during public holidays.
