If you are unsure if you qualify to visit the UniSource Energy Services, call them for further clarification. If UniSource Energy Services cannot help, they will give you a referral.

You will produce contact and general information about yourself during the initial contact at UniSource Energy Services. A UniSource Energy Services counselor will take you through an evaluation to determine the safety of yourself and those around you. Then you will be given an appointment. Your counselor will schedule subsequent appointments at UniSource Energy Services.

Confidentiality Policy

The UniSource Energy Services upholds a full confidentiality policy. However, in the case of a life and death situation, the UniSource Energy Services may share your details with other authorities.
